My recent stay was fantastic! The buffet had an incredible variety, especially breakfast, and everything tasted as good as it looked. I was a bit disappointed with the room's AC. it was noisy and a bit outdated, but overall, I would happily return next year!

Our Junior Suite was nice and tidy, really clean, and had everything working well—AC and hot water. The room felt great to return to after a long day in the sun. But the decor was a bit plain, kinda lacked that 5-star flair. Shower pressure could’ve been better, and those blinds were really worn out. Overall, it was pleasant enough, just could use a little refresh.

the staff at bahia principe luxury sian ka'an became like an extended family. the poolside snack bar offered amazing fresh pancakes, bacon, and lots of variety for everyone. great selections of desserts too.

Had an amazing time at the buffet where the staff greeted us like family every day,, especially by Daniel and Anabel who remembered our favorite dishes! It was a joy to explore the variety of food options, I mean, the desserts were dangerously good, I honestly couldn't resist trying everything.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but considering the overall experience, it was still reasonable.
